CANTER CENTRIFUGE
LW series products are decanter centrifuges that can work continuously and are mainlyused for solid-liquid separation, dehydration, fractionation, clarification, and concentrationof materials. Based on different phase densities, it separates the solid phases and liquidphases under the action of the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed revolution ofthe Bowl. The solid phases are conveyed to the conical end of the Bowl through a scroll andthen discharged, and the liquid phases are discharged out from the overflow port at the big end of the Bowl.

- The suspension enters the middle of the bowlthrough the feeding pipe and is distributedby the distributor. Under the action of thecentrifugal field, the solid particles with a largerspecific gravity accelerate to settle on the inner wall of the bowl.
- The settled solid phase is pushed by the scroll conveyor blades from thesettling zone (cylindrical bowl) through the drying zone (conical bowl) tothe solid phase outlet; the continuously added mother liquid settles whileflowing along the scroll blades towards the large end of the bowl, andthe clarified liquid phase is discharged from the overflow port (or via thecentripetal pump) at the large end cap of the bowl.
