Filter Plate
Filter plates have following types: reinforced polypropylene plate, glass fiber reinforced polypropylene plate, rubber membrane plate, high-pressure polypropylene membrane plate, cast iron plate, stainless steel plate, etc.
Filter plate specifications and models:400mm,630mm,800mm, 1000mm, 1250mm,1500mm.1600mm,2000mm
The feed method can be divided to central feeding corner feeding and up to central feeding according to location of inlet.
Customers can choose suitable plate material as per their actual production process.
Characteristic:
The filter board has good sealing performance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, strong anti-aging ability, wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, and high-pressure resistant lining with high strength skeleton. Long service life, high filtering efficiency and low maintenance cost. It adopts the point cone boss design, molding, with fast filtering speed, high dehydration rate of filter cake, uniform and thorough washing, good corrosion and sealing performance.
